Our FlexFilter Flex-4 replaces Honeywell, Carrier and Bryant brand air filters, so there is no need track down the manufacturer’s specific filter since we have it. Plus most FlexFilters can be configured for 2 sizes. It is 2 filters in 1. FlexFilter are shipped collapsed and come shrink wrapped with a disposal bag for the old filter. Flex-4 replaces Honeywell media air filters and Carrier and Bryant media air filters. Flex-4 is also colored coded red for fast and easy identification.
FLEX-4 (16 x 25 x 4 or 20 x 25 x 4) fits Honeywell filter models POPUP1625, FC100A1029, FC200E1029, POPUP2025, FC100A1037, and FC200E1037, and Honeywell air cleaner models F100F2002, F200E1011, F100F2002, F200E1011, F100F2010, F200E1037, F100F2010, and F200E1037.
FLEX-4 (16 x 25 x 4 or 20 x 25 x 4) fits Carrier and Bryant filter models EXPXXFIL0016, EXPXXFIL0016, EXPXXFIL0020, and EXPXXFIL0320; and Carrier and Bryant air cleaner models EZXCAB1016 and EZXCAB1020.
Field Controls MERV (Minimum Efficiency Reporting Value) pleated media filter contains enough air cleaning capacity to clean air for months without restricting air flow or putting a strain on the air handling system. Our filter media is electrostatically “supercharged” for better efficiency and longer service life. It is moisture resistant and will not support the growth of bacteria or other microbes. Meets ANSI/ASHRAE 52.2 standards.
What is MERV? Minimum Efficiency Reporting Value, commonly known as MERV rating, is a measurement scale designed to represent the expected performance of a filter when dealing with particles in the range of 0.3 to 10 microns. The MERV rating is from 1 to 16. Higher MERV ratings correspond to a greater percentage of particles captured on each pass, with a MERV 16 filter capturing more than 95% of particles over the full range. Field Controls offers Media Air Cleaners with MERV 8, MERV 11, and MERV 13 ratings.
